Bob Dzik is a singer/songwriter living in Houston, Texas, but originally from the south of Pittsburgh. Because “Dzik” was so confusing to spell and pronounce, some Texans started calling him Pittsburgh Bob, and the moniker stuck. His musical influences began with The Temptations and Smokey Robinson and merged into an eclectic blend of witty lyricists/musicians such as Van Morrison, John Hiatt, Lyle Lovett, Delbert McClinton, Elvis Costello, David Bromberg, and many more. Deep down in the well of Bob's original music always smolders the funky beat of James Brown's sound. Pittsburgh Bob plays with The Titans of Soul all around Houston, TX!
